By accessing or using tcktravel.net and the Services offered through the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
 

Services and Bookings

• Scope: We act as an agent to arrange travel services (flights, hotels, cruises, tours, transfers, insurance) provided by third‑party suppliers. Each travel component may be governed by separate supplier terms (“Partner Terms”) which you must review and accept prior to booking.

• Availability and Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms. A booking is confirmed only when we send a confirmation and required payment is received.

• Age Restriction: Services are not for users under 18; by registering you confirm you are 18 or older.
   

Communications Consent

By submitting contact information through our forms or as part of a booking, you consent to receive communications from us regarding bookings, fraud prevention, and debt collection by phone, email, or text, including autodialed or prerecorded calls where permitted. You may opt out of marketing communications as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments, Fees, and Refunds

• Service Fees: Agency service, processing, or administrative fees may apply and will be disclosed at booking.

• Refunds: Refunds are subject to supplier rules and processing times.
   

Cancellations and Changes

• By You: Cancellation and change policies depend on supplier and fare rules; agency fees may apply.

• By Suppliers: Suppliers may change or cancel services; we will notify you and assist with alternatives or refunds where available.

Travel Documents and Health Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance. We are not liable if you are denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents.
 

Liability and Disclaimers

• Agency Role: We are an intermediary; suppliers provide travel services and are responsible for their performance.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for claims related to services is limited to the amount paid to us for the booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions).

Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce or use site content without our written permission. By posting content to public areas of the site you grant us a royalty‑free, worldwide license to use that content in connection with our business.

User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to submit false information, or to interfere with site operations. You must not upload content that infringes others’ rights or contains malware, illegal, or offensive material. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida, or the federal courts for the Middle District of Florida in Duval County, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
